Our pageant focuses on empowering young women to achieve their personal and professional goals. Our Miss and Teen Winners will have many doors open to them and multiple opportunities to gain valuable life skills. Our pageant focuses on empowering young women to achieve their personal and professional goals. Our Miss and Teen Winners will have many doors open to them and multiple opportunities to gain valuable life skills. They will volunteer in their community, promote our brand motto, "Because Nice Matters" to make a difference in the lives of others, participate in fashion shows and photoshoots and learn interview tips, as well as gain poise, self-confidence, friends and memories that will last a lifetime! The Miss and Teen Winners will go onto receive free entry to compete at Miss California USA and Miss California Teen USA. Plus, Miss and Teen Winners will receive all our fabulous Sponsor Gifts. Our contestants are 18-28 years old, Teen contestants are 14-18 years old as of January 1, 2023. MISS NOR CAL contestants must be legally recognized female, an American Citizen, they can be from any city in California and must be a permanent California resident for at least 3 months prior to the State pageant.

Be Crowned Productions is founded by Beezie Chapman. Beezie's interest in pageantry began early on as a model in the fashion industry. She was always intrigued with pageantry but finding the love of her life and raising her family of three children put her interests on hold until her daughters, Ellen and Sarah, became involved in pageant
Be Crowned Productions is founded by Beezie Chapman. Beezie's interest in pageantry began early on as a model in the fashion industry. She was always intrigued with pageantry but finding the love of her life and raising her family of three children put her interests on hold until her daughters, Ellen and Sarah, became involved in pageantry for scholarship money. Her daughters have won numerous titles which gave them money for college and multiple opportunities to serve their community through volunteer and charity work. Both of her daughters are most notable for winning Miss California USA 2004 and Miss Nevada USA 2011. After seeing the benefits that pageantry provides such as interview skills, community service opportunities, modeling, scholarships, poise and confidence, this sparked an interest for Beezie to found and direct Miss Pacific Coast Pageant and bring the world of pageantry to other girls in California.
